Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order for an exchange or a refund. Please contact us first with the reason of the return.

In case of a refund, the full amount of the purchase is restored to your credit card. You will receive this amount five to ten business days after we have received the returned package.

If we have made a shipping error, the costs for returning the goods will be refunded as well.

Items must be returned to us within fourteen days of the delivery. The return delivery time is excluded from this period.

All returned products have to be in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept items that have been damaged, worn or washed. Items on sale can only be returned in the event of a shipping error.
