Our jewelry is meant to be worn! Most items we sell don’t require special care, but with these tips you can you keep your pieces looking their very best:

• Remove your jewels when showering, swimming or exercising. Frequent exposure to water will over time dull the shine.
• Avoid all contact with cosmetics like creams, perfumes and oils. Certain chemicals may interact with the precious metals.
• Store your jewels in a separate closed box to avoid natural oxidation from air, light and humidity.

This advice mainly applies to our sterling silver and gold-plated items. Gold-plated jewelry is made from sterling silver or brass with a 14K or 18K gold coating. Please note that this doesn’t have the same characteristics as pure gold: the plating can wear off over time.
