Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 14 days of delivery by visiting our store or sending the product back.
You can request a refund or exchange, by sending us an e-mail with the reason of the return.
Please note that when returning an item, the shipping costs are at your own expense. Only if we have made a shipping error, the costs for returning the good will refunded as well. We also recommend an ensured shipment: Jules & Co is not accountable for lost or damaged packages.
In case of a refund, the full amount of the purchase is restored to your original payment method. You will receive this amount 5 to 10 business days after we have received the returned package.
All returned products have to be in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept items that have been damaged, worn or washed. Items on sale can only be returned in the event of a shipping error.
